The “Youth Exploring Underwater World” Project which had been initiated by
one of the representative of the Foundation, was continued on for the third
year this year. This project is co-sponsored with Tourism Authority of Thailand
with the objective of instilling environment consciousness amongst the younger
generation. Forty youths attended the camp at Phuket and Similan Islands,
learning about the ecosystem and also certified to become PADI Open Water Diver.
The program happened during April 26th to May 2nd and was free of charge to
the youth attending the program.
